Remember, you’re doing more than just playing; you’re teaching yourself how you want to be treated and how you want to show up in the world. Seriously! 26 0
Self-pleasure is not dirty nor is it wrong to feel horny. They're your emotions, urges, and inclinations. It is your right — and privilege — to explore them. It's also okay to feel scared when faced with something new and unknown. The most important thing is to create a relationship with yourself and your body that is just for you and no one else. 27 0
But one of the attributes of love, like art, is to bring harmony and order out of chaos, to introduce meaning and affect where before there was none, to give rhythmic variations, highs and lows to a landscape that was previously flat. 49 1
A soulmate does not complete you—they inspire you to complete yourself. A soulmate is the person who supports your direction, who motivates and encourages you to stretch, to change, to reinvent yourself until you are happy. A soulmate is someone who loves you with so much conviction, and so much heart, that it is nearly impossible to doubt just how capable you are of becoming exactly who you have always wanted to be 23 0
Sometimes you meet someone, and it’s so clear so immediately that the two of you, on some level, belong together. As lovers, or as friends, or as family, or as something entirely different. You just work, whether you’re in love or creating things together or foxhole buddies or partners in crime. It’s so clear, right off the bat, that this is what you’re supposed to be doing, that this is what you’re for. You meet these people throughout your life, out of nowhere, under the strangest of circumstances, and they help you make a life. I don’t know if that makes me believe in coincidence, or fate, or sheer blind luck, but. It definitely makes me believe in something. 26 1
Today we will doubt the most classic definition of Karma “What goes around comes around”. In the past couple of months when was locked up in my home just like everybody else in the world, I have had a lot of time to re-think my spiritual grounds and dig deep within them. I have been so busy the past few years that I stopped questioning my beliefs. If we stop questioning our beliefs, we are slowing down our growth process. During these past months when I had a lot of time by myself, I got back to what I love doing the most; channeling my curiosity to a point that it helps me analyze and sometimes over-analyze certain situations. During the lockdown, my curiosity and anxiety were shaken like never before, as I was stuck at the home I had left a couple of years ago. 17 0
Once Elbert Hubbard said, “Responsibilities gravitate towards the person who can shoulder them”. Identifying your responsibility and taking it upon yourself is the act of achievement which reflects the sense of maturity in you. Responsible behavior is to accept accountability.  When you proceed ahead to take responsibilities, you start to grow, you learn to take yourself to be capable of a certain maturity level that is required to handle those responsibilities. In short, you shall be more confident about yourself as you start to believe in yourself. 21 0
There is something that happens to each one of us: Zeroing. This is the feeling when you suddenly realize that you’ve grown up from a project that you were committed to for a very long time, grew out of a relationship, or grew from any phase of life. These are all just forms of how Zeroing might manifest in one’s life. 20 1
Maybe the Universe fights for certain souls to find one another. And maybe the Universe places people in your life just to take them away, just to teach you the things that beauty cannot. Maybe the Universe fights for the heartbreaks, for the missed opportunities, for the bad timing. Maybe the Universe knows in an offhand way, that those moments will show you your strength in ways the hope cannot. Maybe it is within the losses that you truly find gratitude for all that has stayed. Maybe it is through caring for those who make us feel like we are hard to love that we are taught how to embrace those who see us, those who truly protect our souls. And maybe, just maybe, it is through the darkened journey that we are taught how to appreciate the warmth, how to chase the light, how to believe in it even when we do not feel it, how to trust that it is pinned and blooming in this world, waiting to be discovered. 48 0
Sometimes we go through periods of life where everything just seems so incredibly hard. We feel deeply unhappy. We are constantly inhabited with worries and fear. Life throws one blow after the next. 32 0
Wake up at 6 am with me when it’s still dark out and the world’s still sleeping. Let’s drive nowhere and buy the most flavored coffee we can find. We can drink it in the car and try to guess the flavors from each other’s mouths. Let’s wake up at 6 am just to watch the world wake up. Let’s take pictures of the red pink and purple sunrise, let’s stay silent with the universe until it’s not. When the world wakes up and the sky goes blue take me home and let’s go back to sleep. Let’s do things backwards. Let’s do things forward, left or upward. Let’s just live and be happy. Let’s live and be happy together. 🌻 63 2
